Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a healthcare business development professional to manage key referral-source relationships and promote program services. You will educate providers and partners, driving referral growth and coordinating post-acute transitions to improve patient outcomes.

Applicants should have a health-adjacent bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in healthcare business development, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare-adjacent field; diverse backgrounds considered.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns relationship management with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living).
• Educates referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Supports referral growth and smooth post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
