Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a PTA.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly update patient and caregiver on the plan of care.
• Deliver skilled therapy services and procedures per patient needs.
