Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy under the direction of the physical therapist and physician's plan of care.
• Regularly update patient and caregiver on plan of care.
• Deliver skilled therapy services and procedures as appropriate for patient care and safety.
• Document patient status and progress with timely notes and reporting.

Education

Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant education program from an accredited university/program

Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice

Valid CPR certification
