SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home physical therapy in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on enhancing patient mobility and quality of life through personalized interventions.

The PTA will develop individualized treatment plans, work with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure coordinated, high-quality care in patients' homes. Candidates must hold a CA PTA license with current certifications and clearances.

Formación

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in California (CA PTA license).
• Fingerprint Clearance Card is required in CA.
• Up-to-date BLS/ACLS certification.
• Recent Negative TB test result and Flu shot within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License with auto-insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, to improve mobility and function.
• Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
