Qualifikationen

• Active PTA license in Texas is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• Home health or rehabilitation setting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Aufgaben

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support non-surgical approaches to maintain function.
• Develop individualized care plans with various treatment techniques.

• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehab.

• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising therapist.
