PARS Therapy is hiring a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Southwest Houston, TX to support patients on their recovery journey. You will restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized, compassionate care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient-centred care.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and adjust care.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy or rehabilitation interventions.
• Commitment to evidence-based treatment and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in-home under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility-focused interventions.
• Provide cost-effective, evidence-based treatments to improve movement.
• Develop individualized care plans and wellness programs for each patient.
• Document services and communicate progress to the supervising therapist.
