PARS Therapy in Central Houston, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team. You will evaluate patients in their homes, develop individualized plans, and help restore function and mobility.

Interventions include therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining, and patient education for home exercise programs and safety. The ideal candidate holds a TX PT license, with home health experience and a patient-centered approach.

Qualificações

• Active Texas PT license and professional liability coverage.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt care to patient needs.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations and progress using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and fall-prevention recommendations.
