PARS Therapy in Round Rock, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life by delivering personalized care in the home setting under supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Develop individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Document all services and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
