PARS Therapy in Southeast Houston, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey. You will deliver in-home therapy under a licensed PT, focusing on mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical PTA experience in patient care settings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver physical therapy services in home settings under PT supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Accurately document all services and maintain patient records.
