PARS Therapy in Liberty, TX seeks a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey. You will help restore mobility, independence, and overall quality of life by delivering personalized, evidence-based care in the home setting.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients to promote ongoing engagement and improvement in

Formación

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Proven clinical PTA experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in patient care.
• Knowledge of current treatment techniques and therapy practices.
• Professional and compassionate patient education and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-conscious treatments to improve movement.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Document all services and maintain patient records.
