PARS Therapy in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey. In this role, you will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance overall well-being in the home setting under licensed supervision.

You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote movement potential and long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in TX
• CPR certification current
• Professional liability insurance coverage required
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Clinical experience as a PTA
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services in home health under PT supervision
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Support non-surgical approaches and reduce medication reliance
• Develop individualized care plans and activities
• Create wellness programs tailored to patient goals
• Educate and motivate patients for active participation
• Improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Document services and maintain patient records
• Perform additional duties as assigned
