PARS Therapy in Liberty Hill, TX is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients on their recovery journey. You will help restore mobility and independence, delivering personalized, compassionate care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience.
• Ability to adapt care to various patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet functional and mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce reliance on medications through therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate actively in rehabilitation.
• Promote health by improving strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated, high-quality care.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Document all services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising therapist or clinical manager.
