Job summary

PARS Therapy in Denton, TX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout their recovery journey. In this onsite role, you will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance quality of life by delivering personalized, compassionate care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions for mobility.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support non-surgical care and reduce medication reliance through therapy.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans with proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Promote health by improving strength, flexibility, coordination, balance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate updates.
• Accurately document services and maintain patient records.
