PARS Therapy in Forney, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist patients in their recovery journey. This role focuses on restoring mobility, independence, and overall well-being through personalized home-based care and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities include delivering PT services under supervision, setting patient goals, and developing individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
• Competent in engaging patients and educating them

Responsabilités

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Support non-surgical approaches to improve outcomes
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to patients
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation
• Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for quality care
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the team
• Document services and maintain patient records
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
