PARS Therapy in Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey. You will help restore mobility and independence, delivering personalized care in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

Active Texas PTA license required.
Current CPR certification required.
Professional liability insurance coverage.
Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

Deliver home-based physical therapy services under licensed PT supervision.
Assist in identifying patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
Develop individualized care plans and wellness programs.
Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
