Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Missouri City and Sugar Land, TX. The PTA will deliver home-based physical therapy under a supervising PT, develop personalized care plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas PTA license, CPR certification, and liability insurance, with experience in home health or rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
• Strong interpersonal and patient-education skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement mobility interventions
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Develop individualized care plans and wellness programs
• Educate and motivate patients to participate actively in rehabilitation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Document services and maintain complete patient records
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervising therapist or clinical manager
