Job summary

PARS Therapy in Sugar Land, TX seeks a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients throughout recovery. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life by delivering personalized, evidence-based care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

Active Texas PTA license.
Current CPR certification.
Professional liability insurance.
Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team.
Clinical PTA experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver home health PT services under supervision by a licensed Physical Therapist.
Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
Provide evidence-based treatments to promote improved movement and independence.
Develop and carry out individualized care plans.
Create wellness programs tailored to each patient’s condition.
Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
Document services and maintain patient records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
