Qualifications include an active Texas PTA license, CPR, and experience in home health or rehabilitation. The role offers a supportive team and flexible scheduling to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated clinical experience as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable care approaches.
• Knowledge of current treatment techniques and therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Support alternatives to surgery through therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress and document treatment results.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
