PARS Therapy in Lancaster and Red Oak, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients’ recovery journeys in the home setting. You will help restore mobility and independence, delivering personalized, compassionate care that aligns with each patient’s goals and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance
• Experience in home health or rehab settings preferred
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable care approaches
• Solid understanding of current PT techniques

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under licensedPT supervision
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Develop individualized care plans and patient education
• Create wellness/fitness programs for patients' conditions
• Educate and motivate patients for rehabilitation
• Promote health by improving strength, flexibility, balance
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Document services and maintain patient records
• Perform additional duties as assigned
