PARS Therapy in Col dspring, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey. You will help restore mobility and independence in a home setting, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, across a clinical team focused on personalized, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage required
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience and compassionate patient education

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed PT
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement mobility interventions
• Provide evidence‑based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication use through therapy
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans and wellness programs
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation and recovery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor progress and document services and outcomes
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising therapist
