Job summary

PARS Therapy in Springtown, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health PTA to support patients in recovery and enhance mobility at home. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering personalized care and rehabilitation to improve independence and quality of life.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help develop care plans that emphasize safe, evidence-based techniques. A Texas PTA license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Clinical experience as a PTA
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence
• Develop individualized care plans with proven techniques
• Educate and motivate patients for active participation in rehab
• Document services and maintain patient records
