Job summary

Care IV Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN or part-time home health visits in Arkansas. The PTA will follow care plans, visit patients at home or in assisted living facilities, and document patient progress to keep the team informed.

Active Arkansas PTA license or registration is required, with a minimum of 6 months PTA experience. Home health background is a plus; COVID vaccination is required as a condition of employment, subject to accommodations. EEO employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of PTA experience required.
• Active licensed or registered PTA in Arkansas.
• COVID vaccine required as a condition of employment (with reasonable accommodations)
• Home Health experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes or assisted living facilities.
• Follow patient care plans and document progress.
• Update PT on patient status; perform duties as assigned by Director.
