Job summary

Care IV Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN or part-time home health visits in Arkansas. The PTA will follow care plans, visit patients at home or in assisted living facilities, and document patient progress to keep the team informed.

Active Arkansas PTA license or registration is required, with a minimum of 6 months PTA experience. Home health background is a plus; COVID vaccination is required as a condition of employment, subject to accommodations. EEO employer.

PTA Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
• Follow physical therapy care plans, performing PT, documenting / charting patient progress, updating PT on patient status, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by our Director

PTA Desired experience:

• Physical Therapist Assistant actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
• Minimum 6 months of PTA experience required
• Home Health experience a plus, but not required
