PARS Therapy in Leander, TX seeks a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients recovering at home. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized care focused on mobility and independence.

In this onsite role, you will identify goals, implement interventions, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Professional liability insurance coverage required
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Able to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated clinical experience as PTA
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Knowledge of current treatment techniques and therapy practices
• Professional and compassionate when educating patients

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in home setting under supervision of licensed PT
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet functional needs
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance
• Develop individualized care plans with proven techniques
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to conditions and goals
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation
• Collaborate with other health professionals for coordinated care
• Document services and maintain patient records
