PARS Therapy in Liberty, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery. In this onsite role, you will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized home-based care.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, contribute to goal-driven plans, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under licensed PT supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility-focused interventions.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to improve movement.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce reliance on medications.
• Create individualized care plans and document progress.
