Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Globe, Arizona. This role supports patients in their homes, helping regain mobility and manage pain through personalized therapy plans.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with active Arizona PTA license.
• Minimum of one year PTA experience, preferably in home health care.
• CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Provide home-based physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Work with home health team under the supervision of the treating Physical Therapist and plan of care.
• Document exercises in the patient’s chart and print home exercise programs as directed.
• Educate patient and family on exercises and caregiver involvement.
