Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PT services under supervision in home health settings across Florida. You will implement the plan of care, monitor patient responses, document progress, and collaborate with PTs and caregivers to promote healing at home.

We offer orientation with pay of $38.55–$48.19/hr, transitioning to Pay-Per-Visit up to $64.25 per visit, with flexible scheduling and strong benefits including health plans, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license for the state of employment.
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program (CAPTE).
• One year PTA experience in home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Observes, records, and reports patient responses and changes.
• Promotes wellness and prevention; coordinates with care teams.
