Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home health team in Indiana. You will provide skilled PTA services to patients in their homes, collaborating with a clinical team to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Indiana (or applicable state)
• 1 year PTA experience preferred; home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
