Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state you are applying
• 1 year of physical therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
