You will perform skilled visits, collaborate with clinicians, and support client independence. Requirements include an active PTA license, 1 year home health experience preferred, valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and successful background check.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the applying state.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred; home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing.
