Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled visits in patients' homes, supporting safe and effective recovery. The role emphasizes autonomy, compassionate care, and high-quality outcomes within a home-health setting.

Qualified applicants have an active PTA license in the applying state, and prior home health experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to serve our diverse client base across the Ohio region.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state you are applying
• 1 year of physical therapy assistant experience is preferred - home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
