Elite Home Health Group, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy under supervision of a licensed PT in Fort Pierce, FL.

The role supports patient recovery, mobility, safety, and functional independence through hands-on interventions within established care plans. The PTA will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, travel to patient homes within the assigned territory, and ensure compliance with state and Medicare requirements while

Qualifications

• Current Florida PTA license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy or related clinical setting; home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening and all compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility restoration.
• Complete timely and accurate treatment documentation, progress notes, and visit records in the EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare requirements, state regulations, and agency policies.
• Collaborate with PT, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care team to support continuity of care.
