Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Assist patients with exercises, gait training, transfers, balance activities, and mobility.
• Document treatment progress in the EMR and ensure medical necessity of care.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare/state regulations and agency policies; collaborate with care team.
