Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support mobility and daily living goals in home health patients across Florida.

The PTA will work under Physical Therapists to apply modalities, promote independence, and help patients regain function in their homes. Prior home health experience is preferred; a valid PTA license in Florida is required.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility.
• Assist patients in independent self-care and daily living tasks.
• Work under the direction of Physical Therapists to support rehabilitation goals.
