Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus in Washington state seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy to patients in the home. You will work under a PT, following the Plan of Care to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while coordinating with the care team.

This full-time role requires an associate degree, PTA licensure, and strong documentation skills. BLS is preferred within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate degree PTA from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license.
• BLS preferred within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality therapy services under the Physical Therapist's plan of care and provide timely documentation.
• Communicate updates to the care team and coordinate with interdisciplinary staff.
• Plan and schedule home visits while autonomously managing caseloads.
• Adapt techniques/equipment to maximize safety and function in patient homes.
• Maintain documentation meeting agency standards for clinical care and billing.
