Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver hands-on therapy in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will help patients regain strength, mobility and independence while following physician orders and ensuring safe home-based care.

As a key team member, you will manage your caseload, communicate with the care team, and document promptly. This is a full-time, day-shift role serving Thurston County, WA.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate degree Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Preferred: 1 year PTA experience in home care or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services per the Plan of Care and PT supervision.
• Document timely and communicate with clients and supervising PT.
• Manage caseload and schedule home visits independently.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Ensure safe, effective therapy in the home environment.
