Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver hands-on therapy in patients' homes in Thurston County, WA. You’ll work under a PT and follow a physician-approved plan of care to restore strength and mobility while ensuring safety.

You will manage a field caseload autonomously, document promptly, and communicate updates to the care team. This role supports the interdisciplinary team and requires active guidance in home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Preferred 1 year PTA experience in home care or rehabilitation.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license.
• BLS certification preferred within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services per the plan of care and document promptly.
• Maintain records meeting agency standards for care and billing.
• Communicate updates to the care team and supervising PT.
• Schedule home visits and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
