Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington state.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle or access to transportation.
• Ability to work in home-based settings with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervising PT orders; perform only qualified procedures.
• Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise and gait training.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses; coordinate with care team.
• Educate patient, family, and caregivers in therapy within scope of PT assistant.
