Job summary

Bronson at Home is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (32 hours/week) to provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will help with mobility, strength, pain reduction, and independence after illness, injury, or surgery, delivering compassionate, personalized care in a home setting.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Michigan PTA license in good standing.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Valid Michigan driver's license.
• Reliable transportation available for business use.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans and goals established by the supervising therapist.
• Deliver direct one-on-one patient care in the home setting using prescribed interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate responses to treatment with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
