Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered care in Warner Robins, GA. You will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver 1:1 therapy in patients' homes and help families regain independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehab techniques for complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT.
• Confer with PT regularly regarding plan of treatment and progress.
• Communicate patient needs to PT and assist with adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation on time.
