Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 home-based care under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, progress toward goals, and educate patients and families to maximize independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Michigan PTA license in good standing.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver one-on-one home care with prescribed interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on goals, exercises, safety, and independence.
• Document progress and communicate with supervising therapist.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team discussions and quality initiatives.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Clinical Assistants and PTA students as assigned.
