PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Round Rock, TX. This onsite role offers patients the opportunity to regain movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas PT license, carries professional liability insurance, and has home health or rehabilitation experience. You will implement individualized plans, educate patients and caregivers, document progress,

Qualifications

• TX license is required for practice as a PT.
• Home health or rehabilitative experience preferred.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients in home health setting and assess function.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide interventions: exercise, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations, sessions, and progress in digital systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls or re-injury.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
