PARS Therapy in Liberty Hill, TX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients through recovery. In this onsite role, you will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance quality of life by delivering personalized care in the home setting under supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in patient care.
• Solid understanding of current treatment techniques and therapy practices.
• Professional and compassionate when educating and engaging with patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support alternatives to surgery and reduce medication reliance through therapy.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Promote strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Accurately document all services and maintain patient records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising therapist or clinical manager.
