Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Cedar Park, TX. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based care to improve mobility and reduce pain in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches to diverse patients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting and assess functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in digital systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
