Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team serving Princeton, TX. The role focuses on reducing patient pain, improving mobility, and promoting independence through home-based, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate will have TX licensure, a DPT or higher, and experience in home health or rehab settings, with strong communication and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches for diverse patients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend prevention strategies.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
