PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Princeton, TX to support patients throughout their recovery journey. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized in-home care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based physical therapy under licensed PT supervision.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Educate and motivate patients in rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized care plans and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
