Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy in home-based settings. This full-time role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 and requires driving to client locations.

You will evaluate and treat patients, implement evidence-based modalities, and educate families under physician orders and a care plan, supported by a Branch Director.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Improve mobility, function, and daily living activities.
• Administer skilled physical therapy under physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patients and families, and collaborate with the Branch Director.
