Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered home-based therapy across our programs. You will evaluate mobility, develop treatment plans, and employ modalities to improve independence in daily living.

Eligible PTs must hold a current license in the state, maintain driving eligibility, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
