Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in the home setting. You will use specialty programs to improve mobility, balance, and independence, helping patients regain function and confidence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and function.
• Use specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee/Shoulder programs) in patient care.
• Support daily living skills and independent self-care through therapeutic modalities.
