Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state where you will work.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of your day.
• Commitment to meet deadlines for charting and self-management of time.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
